Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of this service agreement is to stipulate the conditions and operation of the service under "Billboard Korea."

Article 2 Definition of terms
The main terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:

1 Member: A person who agrees to the terms and conditions of the site and provides personal information to register membership. A user who enters into a service contract with the site and uses the site.

2 Service contract: A contract between a site and a member in connection with the use of the site.

3 Member ID (hereinafter "ID") : A unique combination of letters and numbers given by each member to identify the member and use the service.

4 Password: This refers to the combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to ensure that the member is a member that matches the ID given and to protect the member's rights.

5 Operator: refers to the operator who opens and operates a homepage in the service.

6 Revocation: A member cancels a service contract.

Article 3 Non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions
The operator can notify the operating policy separately if necessary, and the operation policy will take precedence if the terms and conditions overlap.

Article 4 Concluding use contracts

1 The service contract is established by the operator's approval for the contents of this Agreement and application for membership of the person who intends to use the site by registering as a member.

2 A person who intends to register as a member and use the service shall read these Terms and Conditions and select "I Agree" below to indicate his consent to these terms and conditions when registering as a member.

Article 5 Applications for the Use of Services

1 The users who register as members and want to use the site shall provide all the information (user ID, password, nickname, etc.) requested by the site.

2 Members who do not register their true information, such as stealing other persons' information or registering false information, shall not claim any rights in connection with the use of the site and may be punished in accordance with the relevant statutes.

Article 6 Privacy Policy

The site and operator do not have a password of the personal information provided by the member and follow the website's privacy policy for related details.
The operator shall make efforts to protect the members' personal information, including the member registration information, as provided under the related statutes.
The member shall comply with the relevant statutes and the website’s privacy policy regarding personal information protection.
However, the operator shall not be held liable for any information exposed due to reasons attributable to the member.
In the event a member registers or distributes postings that are illegal, such as those that are obstructed by a windfall or that are in violation of national security, the operator can view the member's data and submit the relevant data to the relevant agency upon request of the relevant agency.

Article 7 The duties of an operator

1 The operator shall deal with opinions or complaints raised by the members as soon as possible if they are recognized as legitimate. However, if it is difficult to process promptly due to personal reasons, the company shall do its best by sending a post-mortem notice, a message, an e-mail, etc.

2 For continuous and stable site delivery, the operator may require the site to repair or repair the facility without delay if the facility fails or is lost. However, if there is a natural disaster or an unavoidable reason for the site or operator, the site operation can be suspended temporarily.

Article 8 The duties of a member

1 The member shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the site, such as the matters prescribed in this Agreement and the regulations, notices, and operation policies set forth by the operator, and shall not commit acts that interfere with the work of other sites or damage the reputation of the site.

2 The member shall not transfer the right to use the service or other service contract status to another person unless the site has express consent and shall not provide it as collateral.

3 The customer must pay considerable attention to the ID and password management and cannot provide the ID to a third party without the consent of the operator or site.

4 Members shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the operators, sites and third parties.

Article 9 Service hours

1 In principle, the service hours shall be 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, unless there are any special business or technical difficulties. However, the site can be temporarily shut down on the day or time set by the site for regular system inspection, extension or replacement. For service suspension due to scheduled work, please refer to the website of the site in advance.

2 However, the site may temporarily or permanently discontinue the service without notice or notice in the following cases:

- In case of an emergency system check, extension, replacement, failure or malfunction

- In case there are unavoidable reasons such as a state of emergency, power failure, or natural disasters;

- In case the telecommunication service is stopped by a long-term communication service provider as stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act;

- In case service use is disrupted due to the heavy use of the service;

3 In the event of a service interruption according to the preceding paragraph, the site notifies the member through notice in advance. However, if it is not possible to make advance notice of a service interruption caused by a reason that the site cannot control, it shall be replaced by a post-public notice.

Article 10 Termination of Service Use

1 In the event that a member wants to cancel a service contract with the site, the member shall apply for registration online. On the other hand, you must cancel the service contract for the site separately from the site's use site.

2 The site-related programs provided by the site at the same time of the revocation application have been automatically deleted from the membership screen, so the operator can no longer view the information of the applicant.

Article 11 Restrictions on the Use of Services

The member shall not perform any of the following acts, and in the event of such acts, the site may take legal actions and limit the member's use of the service and suspend the service by terminating the service contract or setting a period.

1 An act to register false information when subscribing to a member or when changing information after signing up

2 The act of obstructing or stealing information from other people's websites

3 An act to impersonate the management, staff, or officials of a site

4 Site, other third party's infringement of personal rights or intellectual property rights or obstruction of business

5 The act of using the ID of another member in a negative way

6 An act to collect, store and disclose personal information about other members without their consent;

7 An act that is objectively judged to be associated with a crime

8 Other acts in violation of the relevant laws

Article 12 Management of Posts

1 It is the responsibility of the operator to manage and operate the site's posts and materials. The operator shall monitor defective posts and data at all times and delete the postings and data when they are found or reported.

On the other hand, the postings that are posted by the members shall not be posted, as the postings are to the publisher themselves.

2 In the event of a request for correction by a public institution, such as the Information Communication Ethics Committee, the operator may delete or move postings without prior consent from the members.

3. The criteria for judgment of defectives are as follows.

- In case of severe insult or libel to other members or third parties;

- In case of distributing or linking contents that violate public order and customs

- In case of illegal copying or hacking is promoted

- If the advertisement is for profit

- if the content is objectively recognized as being associated with a crime,

- In case of infringement of other users or third parties and other rights, such as copyright;

- If it is deemed to be in violation of other related statutes, the site and the operator may temporarily suspend (stop sending) a request for the suspension of postings due to violation of the rights of defamation or intellectual property rights from a third party. If a lawsuit is filed between the requestor for suspension of posts and the registration of posts, and other decisions of the relevant agencies is made on the site.

Article 13 Storage of Posts

In the event that the site operator is forced to discontinue this site due to unavoidable circumstances, it will make an effort to notify the members in advance and take every action to facilitate the transfer of the posts.

Article 14 Copyright on Posts

1 The copyright of postings posted on the website by the member shall be attributed to the posted member. In addition, sites cannot commercially use postings without the publisher's consent. However, this is not the case for non-profit purposes and also has the right to publish within the service.

2 The member shall not commercially use data posted on the service, such as the act of arbitrarily processing or selling information obtained using the service.

3 The operator may delete contents or contents of the website that the member posts or registers without prior notice, or may refuse to move or register without notice if the contents or contents of the website are deemed to fall under Article 12.

Article 15 Damages

1 All civil and criminal responsibilities arising on this site shall be primary to the members themselves.

2 In the event that a member's damages from this site are unavoidable, such as natural disasters, or that the member is intentionally or is found to have been negligent, the member shall not be compensated for damages.

Article 16 Disclaimer

1 The operator shall be exempted from liability for damages caused by the member's failure to obtain expected benefits from the service provision of the site or by the selection or use of service data.

2 The operator shall be exempted from liability in the event of a service-based and telecommunications service failure provided by other carriers on this site and shall comply with the terms and conditions of use of the site for damages incurred in connection with the service base on this site.

3 The operator shall not be held responsible for any data stored, posted or transmitted by the member.

4 The operator shall not be responsible for failure of service use due to reasons attributable to the member.

5 The operator shall not be responsible for any activities (including data transmission or other community activities) between members or between members or between members and third parties, or within or outside of this service.

6 The operator shall not be responsible for the data posted or transmitted by the members, and for the authenticity, reliability and accuracy of all data available to the members on the site.

7 The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the exchange of goods between the members or between the members and a third party.

8 The operator shall not be responsible for any disputes between the members or between the members and a third party without reasons attributable to the Sysap.

9 The operator shall not be responsible for damages to members due to an unavoidable reason, such as a failure of the system that can occur without significant or deliberate negligence in the management, inspection, repair, replacement or operation of the software, failure of the system due to an attack by a third party, distribution of computer viruses that have not been developed by prominent domestic or foreign research institutes or security-related companies.

These Terms and Conditions shall be in force from <Site Launch Date>.
